TRIUMPH OF THE NATIONAL ACADEMY OF WUSHU KUNG FU OF CATANZARO:
13 GOLDS, 7 SILVERS AND 3 BRONZES AT THE 21st WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP & CUP
The National Academy of Wushu Kung Fu of Catanzaro, led by Master Alfredo Giuliano, has
written an indelible page in the history of Calabrian and national sport with the extraordinary results
achieved at the 21st World Championship & Cup C.K.A. - C.S.E.N. - Kung Fu - Sanda - Tai Chi, held
in Perugia on May 17 and 18, 2025.
With a haul of 13 gold medals, 7 silver and 3 bronze, the Academy demonstrated its
excellence and prestige at an international level. The competition, which saw the participation
of over 1200 athletes from more than 15 countries and over 100 sports clubs, was a true
testing ground for the skills and determination of the athletes.

Among the protagonists of this achievement is also Scarpino Giuseppe, an athlete who unfortunately could not
continue the competition due to an injury, but who showed extraordinary
strength of spirit by supporting his teammates and even taking on the role of coach
during the Sanda fights.
Master Alfredo Giuliano expressed his gratitude to the athletes' parents, who
accompanied and supported their children during the competition, and emphasized the athletes'
gratitude towards him for everything he does for them. "I am proud of my athletes and of all
the work we have done together," said Master Giuliano. "This result is the fruit
of the dedication and passion of all of us."
The National Academy of Wushu Kung Fu of Catanzaro thus confirms itself as one of the most
important and prestigious organizations in the national and international martial arts scene, and continues to
be a point of reference for Wushu - Kung Fu enthusiasts.
