About us
ARTEMIDE APS is made up of 11 young people who have chosen to invest their skills and love through a shared project for the enhancement of the territory. Their young age and the excellent university paths they have undertaken represent a single, winning force, full of energy and which inevitably becomes an added value.
The idea of Artemide
All the activities put in place aim to enhance the main elements of the city of Catanzaro, such as history, nature, tradition, food, and culture, which intertwine through the streets of the historic center with its continuous ups and downs, gardens, its historic neighborhoods that open up to the view, all around, on the Gulf of Squillace to the south and the Sila plateau to the north. Catanzaro is a fortress city waiting to be discovered and rediscovered…
Mission
Our mission is to create a new tourist route that can integrate nature and history, gastronomy and culture, and that can be addressed both to tourists, who mostly know the coastal areas, and to the citizens of Catanzaro themselves who do not know, or know little, the beauties of their own city and its museum network, which represent an important natural and cultural heritage of the capital of the Calabria region.
Vision
We pursue the idea of a territory and a population that knows how to be a spokesperson for its beauties, its arts, its history, and identity. A citizenship that has a "sense of self-love" where young people are the lifeblood, the elderly the memory, and unity of purpose the fuel for the growth and tourist development of the city of Catanzaro.
Discovering the city museums! ARTEMIDE APS
Our guided tours will allow you to discover the beauties and secrets of the city museums: from the Provincial Numismatic Museum, the heart of Catanzaro, then exploring the spaces of the San Giovanni Monumental Complex, being captivated by the collections of the Diocesan Museum of Sacred Art, traveling through time in the underground Galleries of San Giovanni, and being enchanted in the Rock Museum and the House of Memory of Mimmo Rotella.
An exploration route, which also includes other city museums, to take home your own idea of art and all the pride of belonging to this city.

Discovering the Mediterranean scrub! ARTEMIDE APS
Being a botanist for a day, immersed in the unspoiled nature of a peri-urban area, will give you the opportunity to be protagonists in the protection and enhancement of the environment, thanks to an enviable range of natural attractions and the possibility of carrying out educational experiences, among walks in nature, avenues surrounded by Mediterranean scrub plants, and extremely diverse landscapes.
Education about nature and knowledge of the natural environment merge into a single activity, capable of greatly expanding creative abilities.

Discovering the medieval city ARTEMIDE APS
The routes we propose are the result of careful research on the history of the city, its structure, the loves, wars, and passions that have characterized the citizens of Catanzaro over more than a thousand years of history. Sport and knowledge merge in an exciting and fun experience, which aims to intrigue and stimulate the youngest (and not only), in the discovery of a city that becomes a place of life, a personal, intense, and natural conquest.
