
Commissioner Federica Licastro, originally from the province of Catanzaro, obtained her degree in Law at the "Magna Graecia" University of the Calabrian capital.
After graduating, she obtained a specialization diploma for legal professions at the University of Rome "La Sapienza", also completing an internship first at the VI Civil Section of the Supreme Court of Cassation and, subsequently,
at the Ordinary Court of Lamezia Terme.
At the end of her training, in 2017 she qualified to practice law.
Since June 2024, after passing the competition for Commissioners in the career of State Police officials, she attended the 113th training course at the Higher School of Police, where she obtained a second-level master's degree in Organization and Public Security Policies at Luiss "Guido Carli".
Dr. Licastro, since June 16, 2025, has been assigned to the Detached Police Station of Lamezia Terme of the Catanzaro Police Headquarters.
