"The Artedanza school of Catanzaro has officially become a professional training institution for dance, recognized by decree of the Calabria Region and the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies - European Social Fund. A prestigious achievement for one of the most highly regarded organizations in the area, which has crowned its growth path by joining the circuit of the few accredited institutions authorized to issue a professional qualification with legal value.
For director Giovanni Calabrò and his entire team, this is recognition for a history of commitment, sacrifices, and passions that has produced successes capable of projecting Catanzaro to the heights of national and international dance. An excellent workshop that has managed to bring all its enthusiasm and quality also to the service of the dance school of the Politeama Theater, offering valuable opportunities for growth and experience on such an important stage.
As a national training institution, Artedanza will therefore be able to welcome young talents who can train without necessarily having to go far from home and, at the end of the course, boast a specific qualification also aimed at obtaining useful points for possible competitions and selections. As mayor, I can only express all my pride and satisfaction in seeing a dream cherished for years come true, which can represent the beginning of a new path towards an even brighter future. Catanzaro, with its high-level artistic training, is in every respect a positive model of reference that attracts and imports the best resources.
