During these three days of celebrations in honor of San Vitaliano, the Teatro Politeama in Catanzaro also opened its doors to the public, offering, again today from 7 pm onwards, guided tours that attracted a lot of curiosity. About two hundred people were welcomed into the theater, including several foreign tourists, who had the chance to discover from the inside the origins and history of a place that is a symbol of the city's culture. An architectural jewel, designed by the late Paolo Portoghesi, which with its unique shapes and features has, over twenty-three years of history, become a point of reference for opera, concerts, and drama. A temple of entertainment, but also an evocative television set for national productions such as Italia's Got Talent. For the feast of the Patron Saint, which saw a significant influx of people into the city, the Politeama Foundation also wanted to ensure its participation in the municipal administration's program, contributing to the promotion and enhancement of the city's excellences.
