Mayor Nicola Fiorita expressed his condolences for the passing of Antonio Baudi, who held important roles within the judiciary in the regional capital. “I remember him fondly,” said the mayor, “as a friend of my family and of my father in particular. However, I am certain that Baudi also holds a place in the collective memory of the city of Catanzaro, because he was a jurist with solid preparation, who even after leaving the bench, through his intense publishing activity, never stopped delving into high-value issues related to justice, such as the complexity of doubt and the culture of truth.”
