I would like to dedicate these lines to all the staff of the Neurology department, for the exceptional care and attention I received during my recent hospitalization. In a delicate moment of my life, I was able to see how professionalism combined with humanity can make a difference in the healing process.
A special recognition goes to the head physician for his competent and reassuring leadership, who wisely and sensitively guides the entire team, maintaining high standards of care and humanity, becoming a fundamental point of reference for patients and colleagues.
The doctors, with their expertise and dedication, were able to clearly explain every aspect of my condition, reassuring me in difficult moments and showing great attention to every single patient.
The nurses deserve particular praise for their constant presence, patience, and gentleness with which they met my every need, offering not only medical care but also human warmth.
The OSS operators played a valuable and concrete role, with discretion and great humanity, supporting my daily life in the ward and making the most difficult moments more bearable.
A special thank you also goes to the head nurse, who with her ability to coordinate the team created a serene and welcoming environment, where every patient feels protected and respected.
All, without exception, proved to be wonderful and humane people, able to enter the hearts of those they assist. Every gesture of attention and care brightens and accompanies those who are going through moments of fragility.
