Gloria Aura Bortolini of "Camper": this Park won me over

"As a nature lover and art enthusiast, this park won me over and I didn't imagine it would be so big in the heart of the city," said the beautiful Gloria Aura Bortolini, who was thrilled with her visit to Catanzaro. She hosts the TV program "Camper", on air from Monday to Friday at 12 p.m. on Rai 1, with Peppone Calabrese in the studio and a team of correspondents traveling around Italy. Gloria Aura Bortolini, who presents the most beautiful parks and gardens in Italy during the episode aired every Friday, was struck and enchanted by the beauty and size of the Mediterranean Biodiversity Park of Catanzaro - Marca Open International Sculpture Park, where she went with Rai director Maria Russo, precisely for a feature on the wonderful park of Catanzaro that will air next Friday. Welcoming her were the President of the Province of Catanzaro Mario Amedeo Mormile, the manager Eng. Paola Fragale, the park manager Alessandro Juli, and the sculptor Luigi Verrino. Busy with filming, made more challenging by Catanzaro's inevitable wind, were top professionals: Lorenzo Ferrara, Walter Anastasio from Archimedia by Vittore Ferrara, and the great Pino Iannì. Gloria Aura Bortolini, with her presence and her smile, "lit up" the park. Providing information about the half-century-long friendship between Mimmo Rotella and Luigi Verrino was journalist Luigi Stanizzi, who accompanied the TV crew to the bronze bust of Mimmo Rotella, made by the sculptor Luigi Verrino, who wanted to pay tribute to the Catanzaro artist famous worldwide. On this occasion, Verrino shared unpublished anecdotes from the life of the inventor of decollage. The sculpture by Luigi Verrino is located at the entrance to the park, next to works by the most famous sculptors such as Tony Cragg, Mimmo Paladino, Jan Fabre, Antony Gormley, Marc Quinn, Dennis Oppenheim, Michelangelo Pistoletto, Mauro Staccioli, Daniel Buren. Art and nature, a combination in the heart of the capital of Calabria, to be discovered every day.
