
Director Virgilio Piccari: “Objective merit recognized to a serious and
highly qualified professional”
CATANZARO – Francesco Cuteri, archaeologist and lecturer in Cultural and Environmental Heritage
at the Academy of Fine Arts of Catanzaro, has been appointed by the Ministry of Culture
as a member of the Board of Directors of the Central Institute for Intangible Heritage.
The Catanzaro institution, through its director Virgilio Piccari, expresses “great
satisfaction for an appointment that recognizes the objective merit of a serious,
highly qualified professional to fulfill the role he has been called to perform. As director of
an institution of great standing such as the Academy of Fine Arts of Catanzaro, I thank the
Minister of Culture for having entrusted our Prof. Francesco Cuteri with this position.”
