From July 12 to 17, 2025, Palazzo Santa Chiara in Tropea hosts ORACLE 404, the new solo exhibition by Mista Mark — a contemporary artist who blends underground aesthetics, pop culture, and digital imagery in a visual reflection on contemporaneity.
Oracle 404 is an exploration of our need for meaning: first in myths, then in technology. The oracle has crashed, the cult has disconnected, but the question remains. Through a layered and ironic language, Mista Mark builds a visual system that dialogues with lost spirituality, mass culture, and contemporary fragmentation.
The exhibition gathers both the works that embody the Oracle 404 concept and a selection of the latest works created in 2025, marking a new phase in the artist's journey.
Born in Catanzaro in 1988, Matteo Marcucci, aka Mista Mark, is a graphic designer, illustrator, and visual artist. His aesthetic is rooted in subcultures: from black culture to Sound Systems, from British punk to new-wave. His works draw from advertising, comics, and pop imagery, mixing post-graffiti, digital art, and contemporary languages.
