Serena Brancale, Cosimo Papandrea and Fausto Leali will be the protagonists of three unmissable evenings that will enliven the summer in Catanzaro, between the historic center and the marina, between July and August 2025, bringing sounds and voices capable of speaking to different audiences and crossing the languages of folk, soul, and Italian singer-songwriter music.
It starts on July 15th in Piazza Prefettura, in the heart of the celebrations for San Vitaliano, with Cosimo Papandrea, master of Calabrian folk music, who will bring his overwhelming energy to the historic center.
On August 6th, it will be Serena Brancale who enchants the audience of the marina district with her soul, jazz, and contemporary sounds.
On August 14th, the eve of Ferragosto, Fausto Leali will take the stage in the Lido district of Catanzaro, for an evening dedicated to the great classics of Italian song.
These events are part of the EstArte program, the format with which the Municipality of Catanzaro chooses to enhance and promote the cultural vibrancy that lights up the city during the summer months.
Concerts, shows, readings, open-air cinema, workshops, and meetings: each event will help tell the story of a lively, creative Catanzaro, open to participation.
“EstArte is the snapshot of a Catanzaro that wants to participate, create opportunities for meeting, and live its spaces with energy and sharing,” declare councilors Donatella Monteverdi and Vincenzo Costantino. “Each event is part of a collective mosaic, which brings together different voices, artistic languages, and community stories.”
