Catanzaro, June 18, 2025 - The last meeting of “Cura d’Arte” concluded with an evening full of meaning, hosted at the Museo del Rock in Catanzaro. This event, the sixth and last before the summer break, closed a journey that aimed to unite art, music, literature, and reflection in a single cultural narrative.

Why “Cura d’Arte”?
“Cura d’Arte” was born from the desire to nurture sensitivity, community, and collective consciousness through art. A project designed to offer moments of inner refreshment, shared reflection, and genuine artistic participation. A series of events conceived as an “episodic story,” where each stage offers different visions and languages, but all focused on the regenerative power of art.

Who are the creators?
The initiative was led by a group of professionals from the Catanzaro cultural scene:
Elisa Chiriano, radio host and moderator of the evening, the true soul of the project.
Salvo Venuto, theater actor, who gave voice to evocative poems.
Piergiorgio Caruso, “host” at the Museo del Rock and living encyclopedia of rock music, curated the musical part.
Antonella Pascuzzo, art historian and curator, guided the audience through pictorial art.
Giovanni E. Audino, expert in graphics and communication, introduced the narrative dimension of comics.

Daniela Pietragalla, PhD in Italian Studies, guided us into the world of Banana Yoshimoto in a novel where, for an instant, past and present come to life together.
At the last evening, the talented journalist Roberta Cricelli was a guest and presented the contest “Calabria, a Dream in the Mediterranean.”
Finally, Giulia Chiara Pucci, the social media soul of our event,
who contributed to the online live broadcast.

June 18: Dream and Awareness
The last meeting, entitled “Sogno o son desto?” (“Am I dreaming or awake?”), offered a collective reflection between art, words, and music, inviting the audience to explore the boundary between reality and imagination. An intense moment that united critical thinking, emotion, and beauty.

See you in October
After six evenings that engaged and left their mark, “Cura d’Arte” is taking a summer break. The journey will resume in October 2025 with new meetings, new themes, and the same desire to sow culture and care.
